Steve is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and graduate of the University of St. Andrews. He has more than 10 years experience in the design and management of planning systems implementations in the UK and Australia. As part of his seven years with Deloitte in the UK, he developed and managed a team of 25 consultants, based out of London, specialising in this area. More recently he has helped a leading Australian Cognos partner to grow their Enterprise Planning consulting team to 9 individuals. He is also a contributing editor to FSN Business Systems News (www.fsn.co.uk), and is writing a book on practical tips for success in budgeting and planning systems implementations. With a particular focus on the Financial Services and Government sectors, Steve prides himself on providing an end-to-end service for organisations embarking on the implementation of Cognos Planning software.
