Rolling Forecast Seminar
Cornerstone commenced it's 2010 series of seminars with an executive briefing on Rolling Forecasts, including a case study from Challenger Financial Services Group.
Steve Bows, Principal Consultant at Cornerstone was joined by Richard Burton, Head of Performance Management at Challenger to discuss the benefits of adopting a rolling forecast as well as practical tips for organisations about to embark on this journey.
