Rolling Forecast Seminar

Events in the past three years have illustrated just how quickly global markets can change, and therefore how critical it is to have a regular profit and cash re-forecast. This process can involve going through the equivalent of an annual budget process every month which may seem like a daunting process to most finance managers and CFO's.
